Today is Food Day; you didn’t know? Anyway, let’s kick off another week with a bunch of videos, from Grant Achatz’s newest creations to the exact other end of the spectrum: Sandra Lee’s Halloween special. There is “rampant” mislabeling of fish in restaurants. Paul McCartney is writing a cookbook, and Belinda Leong returns to Flour + Water in December.
